Joffe State Farm Agency in Mesa, Arizona, is growing, and we're looking for an Account Representative who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and taking initiative.
No insurance experience? That's okay. We'll teach you.

Compensation & Benefits
- $37,000–$40,000 guaranteed base salary
- Uncapped commission — earn more as your performance grows

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Answer questions about coverage, billing, and policy changes.
- Help customers understand their Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Business Insurance options.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Prepare quotes, follow up with leads, and develop new business.
- Provide friendly, accurate service while working toward individual and team goals.
This position combines customer service, relationship management, and insurance sales. You'll need to be comfortable making calls, following up, and asking for the business.
Who We're Looking For

- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Open to coaching and feedback.
- Experience in customer service, banking, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
Insurance experience is not required.
Licensing
An Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License is required before your first day. You do not need to be licensed to apply; we'll guide selected candidates through the process.
An Arizona Life & Health License will also be required as you develop in the position.
