Yael Joffe received a BFA in Theatre and a minor in French at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana as well as having studied Digital Film Directing at California Institute of the Arts (Cal Arts).
She segued into graphic design and started working in the Marketing Department for a non-profit located in Evanston, Illinois. On the side she would freelance graphic and web design, eventually building up a network to start her own business YELLmedia. She has won over 75+ awards for logo, branding, print, and web design.
